POLICE DEPUTY HELPS SAVE YOUNG BARRED OWL
Today we celebrate Deputy Peter Robbins of the Pasco County Sheriff's Office in Florida who showed compassion for an animal in need. Recently, a call came in about a young owl on the Suncoast Parkway. A good Samaritan and Deputy Robbins managed to capture the injured owl and Deputy Robbins took him to the Sky Harbor Wildlife Rescue center. The owl is expected to make a full recovery.

Mr Zurik has been coming for food twice a day, and each time, he would announce his visit by going on the aggressive with Vincent.

A New Shrew On The Block?

This shrew has been coming to the patio quite a bit and I’ve never been able to take his photo as he is just so fast, but today, he decided to make himself VERY visible to everyone.
Tabs is usually the first to notice any intruder and she usually chases them away. I think to her, it’s all a game.
Bunny approaches but I call him back in a calm manner, urging him to leave Mr Shrew alone. Cleo watches.

Medical Subsidy For 8 Parvo-Kittens (Norshahadah Bt Rusli’s)

AUG 2013 - Our inspectors paid a visit to this location in Feb, and again to follow up on 19th Aug.
The dog was lying down when they arrived. Dog was very well fed, and fierce. Family explained that the dog chewed many collars off so they put the heavy duty chain on him. They also said they have contractors coming in & out to do renovations so they chained the dog up and only released every few days. ABANDONED DOG: This dog has stationed himself outside a home in Sek 25 Shah Alam, neighbours are hesitant to feed the dog for fear that it will be hard to get him/her to leave after, but they feel very bad for this dog who refuses to move and sits there in the rain!
