We received this request a few minutes ago, from Marina Mustapha. Marina is asking for a full sponsorship for this cat’s medical treatment. We have explained that we can only provide our medical subsidy as per policy and have advised Marina to:
1. Also apply to PetFinder.my and we could work together with them on a bigger subsidy if they are agreeable to it.

Willy, Where Are You?

Willy did not come for breakfast today.
Everyone was here, except Willy and Mr Zurik.
I waited at his breakfast spot and looked in the playground but he was nowhere to be seen.
Yesterday evening, when my husband came back at 3.30pm, he said Willy was waiting at his spot outside our house, so he fed Willy some kibbles. That was the last we saw of him.
The council grass-cutters have been here for the last few days to cut the grass, so I can only guess that he may have been frightened by them, but ...

Here are a few photos of the work carrying on at the Campulung Shelter in Romania. Three truck loads of supplies went over from Germany and then volunteers began the process of renovating this crumbling shelter as best as possible with our limited funds. A new storage shed here is now BURSTING with food and supplies for the animals. Ever since Connie painstakingly grew these four pots of catnip for me, I’ve been taking really, really good care of them, waiting for the day when I can harvest them and let the cats enjoy them. I even make sure I don’t over-water, knowing that the roots cannot take too much water.

I seldom get the privilege of spending an entire day at home, so to have a whole day home without having to go to work or going out to give public talks is a luxury.

A dog who lost her snout saving two little girls from being hit by a motorcycle has been greeted with a hero’s welcome on her return to the Philippines.

A black 10 1/2 year old Pekinnese male dog Wally needs you very much to reunite him with his family. He was left in the care of a friend at Richmont Residences in Jelutong not very far from the SPCA.
