These two puppies are part of a litter of ten, orphaned at a young age after their mother was hit by a truck. We took all ten babies in and turned to our trustworthy fosterers. Our kind fosterer (pictured here) opened her heart and her home to three of the babies, and another three fosterers answered our call for help, readily taking in the rest of the litter.

CHARITY CONCERT on SEP 13th: Everyone Loves The 90's!
An awesome, star-studded concert held at KL Performing Arts Center, 8.30pm to raise funds for the "It's Pawssible" Campaign, a collaboration between Berjaya, PAWS, SPCA Selangor and PetFinder.my.
This 2-hour power-packed event will feature memorable songs from the 90's, and all proceeds will go towards the sterilization of 1,000 stray animals via PAWS' new mobile clinic.

We know we are always going on and on about encouraging people to go meatless (at least) once a week. And some people tell us that they just do not like to eat vegetables.

According to the article, liking healthy foods (or whatever foods, or whatever in life, for that matter) is a choice.

The dogs were being stoned by neighbors and lived on the street but today they are safe and sound in the UK and awaiting adoption. For this week animal care update, we have great news to share about Captain Hook, our resident Pig-nosed turtle(Carettochelys insculpta). Captain Hook is one the giants at the ACRES wildlife rescue centre. He is our biggest Pig-nosed turtle and our second biggest turtle.
Yet another victim of the illegal wildlife trade, He was probably smuggled into Singapore together with many others to be sold as pets. Captain Hook was found more than 2 years ago abandoned by ACRES rescue team and a medic...

Sometime ago, Susan Bell wrote to seek help for a sporo cat. This cat is amongst the 5 community cats that Susan feeds. We connected Susan with two of our readers who have had experience in successfully home-nursing and caring for sporo cats.
We have been keeping in touch with Susan to seek updates on this sporo-cat and was told that he is a master escape artist, hence, his name, Houdini.

Petfood For Pak Din’s Community Animals
