This handsome German Shepherd Dog was found lost in the area of Midlands Park in Pulau Tikus. He was picked up on Christmas morning. We have been told that he was seen out on the road the night before. He could have been frightened from the sound of fire crackers and must have escaped from the house when the gate was ajar. The lovely Andrea Blackbird of Bosnia sends this special message and photo of Billy who got a little help from the Harmony Fund earlier this year. He and one other dog (both homeless) were under frequent attack by the people in their neighborhood, so we helped fly them to the UK where they could make a fresh start:
