Wuchai's wound is too big and too wide for it to heal properly. As such, the vet suggested to stitch it up to speed up the healing process. Here you will see Wuchai also wearing socks, that is to prevent hurting his legs too much when he drags his hind legs to walk around. Spaying And Medical Subsidy For 2 Cats In Skudai (Norshahadah Bt Rusli’s)

We have subsidised RM100 for the spaying of 1 female cat. The bill is RM150.
The medical bill for the other cat is RM135 and we have subsidised RM67.50 for it.
Both subsidies come from the AnimalCare Donors (RM67.50) and Berjaya Cares (RM100).

Things are going well at the Maoland dog orphanage in Romania. Preparations for winter are well underway with lots and lots of newly built, warm shelters for the dogs. Because of the extraordinary outpouring of support from all of you, we were able to send a big donation to Maoland last week and hopefully many more to Romanian dogs and cats in the months to come.

MICKEY LOVES EVERYONE - COMING TO NEW YORK IN DECEMBER
Mickey is one of the cats in the rescue program in Avsallar, Turkey. He enjoyed playing "dad" to a litter of kittens who were adopted recently and was so sad when they all took to the skies to join their new families in America. Anyone willing to help adopt this young male puppy from MPSP Dog Pound? -- Save him out from the pound!
He is about 4 months old with soft beautiful coat and very friendly. If you can help give him a home, please proceed to MPSP Dog Pound to claim him out.
The pound is located at Jalan Bertek, 14000 Bukit Mertajam. Operation hours is from Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm and Saturday, 8am - 12pm.

CHERAS - we received a report of a pet dog being tied outside the compound, getting wet when it rains as the tree did not provide adequate shelter. Our Animal Welfare Officers have visited and adviced the owner to move the dog indoors immediately. The person who reported the dog said they will report any positive changes to us, failing which the case will be forwarded to the Dept of Veterinary Services (as a cruelty/neglect case as the dog is subjected to the heat and rain) and the local council...
