Tiger’s Day 10 Sores 16th Mar 2014, by AnimalCare
I managed to keep the e-collar on Tiger for 45 minutes or more today, so that’s quite an achievement. Tiger didn’t seem so stressed out with the collar today. However, he still licks feverish once the collar is taken out. It’s almost as though he has to groom himself once that dratted foreign body is taken off him!

SPCA SEBERANG PERAI has been continuously saving MPSP Pound Dogs from the deathrow and as a result, our shelter is now full to the brim. We hope that animal lovers/good Samaritan/rescuers/feeders can lend us a hand by helping to find good homes for our current shelter dogs. It is only when some of our furrykids get adopted that we can make room to save more others.

Tiger And Ginger – Best Of Friends 16th Mar 2014, by AnimalCare
It’s often that difficult times create good and meaningful friendships. With Tiger being quarantined in the living room and we are looking at no less than 6 weeks of quarantine (for sporotrichosis), Ginger has taken it upon himself to be Tiger’s good friend….from a safe distance, of course.
When Tiger is in the cage, Ginger sits nearby. But when both are free, I have to monitor them closely and ensure that there is a safe distance between them.
