This female shih tzu was dumped by her owner outside our shelter. Our shelter received a call earlier asking us to accept a shih tzu. Due to it being a female, we have requested for a surrender fee equivalent to the spaying cost in order for us to bring the shih tzu for spaying after she comes in. Unfortunately, owner had resolute to dump the shih tzu outside our gate instead of paying for the surrender fee. Please be reminded not to dump animals outside our gate. Aunty Yan is one of our all time committed volunteer who never fail to come help out on our events, may it be adoption drives or during our bath days.
