Meet Frank, The Happiest Dog Ever

This is Frank, a 1.5 year old dog that only wanted some love and care to be happy. Now he is so happy that even when sleeping he shows it.
According to owner Rafael Borges, "I did this video to show how can one change the life of a being with only love and care. When my wife and I spoke with the previous owner, we were sure that he would die in a few days. He was 5 months old, no vaccines and weighted only 6.6 pounds (3 kg). This Cat Was Spotted By Someone Dragging Itself Pi..

This cat was spotted by someone dragging itself pitifully in wet along Lorong Pitt, Georgetown.
A young student, Vernice immediately went to the cat's rescued once she saw the appeal and had the cat sent to the vet.
Initial examination shown that the cat may suffer from broken spine and also internal injuries. For a detailed diagnosis, the vet will need to do further check up today.
