These are SPCA Seberang Perai's volunteers that are currently working hard helping to feed and clean the MPSP Dog Pound without fail, 7 days a week, rain or shine. Even if one could not make it on their duty day, we ensure that there is a backup for replacement. Bear in mind that SPCA Seberang Perai is under no obligation to carry these tasks but are doing it voluntarily for the sake of the animals.
