Manja Went Camping! 2nd Sep 2014, by Second Chance
Two of our volunteers together with some 4x4 enthusiasts and some 40 people from Yayasan Sunbeams Homes kids went for an outing near Gohtong Jaya. Why Bunny Has To Eat Baby Food For Breakfast 1st Sep 2014, by AnimalCare
It’s been happening for more than a week now.
Bunny gobbles up all his food during breakfast and I think it’s due to eating too fast that he vomits it all out later and comes asking for food again.
This only happens in the morning at breakfast. It doesn’t happen for dinner in the evening or snacks in between.
I was at my wit’s end trying to solve the problem until a thought occurred to me.

Vincent Went Missing…and Returns From The Roof! 1st Sep 2014, by AnimalCare
This morning, breakfast was a little later than usual, being a public holiday.
Vincent wasn’t at breakfast.
Usually, he is almost always waiting at the patio with Daffodil, Heidi and Zurik while Ginger and Rosie will already be in the kitchen as both of them can scale the window netting and climb right in. And even if Vincent is not already at the patio, he will always come running from the playground.
But this morning, there was no sign of Vincent at all.

In situations where a wild animal is in a state of distress, the ACRES Rescue Team have to also look into crowd control and diverting traffic for the safety of not only the rescue personnel but also for the members of public and the animal/s.
We are grateful to Staff Sergeant Lee Jia Jun from Traffic Police Headquarters who assisted us in safely diverting the traffic while the rescue team were retrieving the body of a young macaque who lost her life due to a road kill.

Last week, she went through hell being caught to the Dog Pound and having to cope up with many other strays caught back, just like her.
Today, a miracle happened that would change her entire destiny. She was adopted and now goes by the name, Stella.
We wish Stella and her adopter abundance of joy and happiness. May they be blessed with good health and wealth always.
