This past Sunday, it was once again ACRES volunteers day and ACRES was graced by volunteers from all walks of life as they helped us with various projects. One of which was to expand Lola(African spurred tortoise) enclosure to accommodate Amber, our new African spurred tortoise whom we covered on few weeks ago. Encouraging progress on the sudden eviction of PAWS Animal Welfare Society, Petaling Jaya by Petaling District Land Office.
Thanks to YAB Azmin Ali, the eviction notice has been suspended. Let's hope an amicable, permanent solution will be worked out soon.
