Cat led from the roof to the ground….
Just yesterday (Sun, 16 Nov 2014), SPCA was alerted to a cat seen perched atop a beam near the ceiling of IMM’s Shuttle Bus Pick-up Point in Jurong. The cat has been seen at that spot for a good five days, according to our informer (Ms Rani).

The Petaling District Land Office has issued a shocking evacuation notice to PAWS Animal Welfare Society, Petaling Jaya with an absurd period of 14 DAYS, where they have to instantly relocate 400 dogs and 200 cats.

We sincerely thank everyone who help to share this appeal out. Because of you, we have managed to raise a total of RM780.00 in such short period.
Good news is, we have heard from the vet that no amputation is required for Esme but still her wound will need to be monitored and cleanse daily.

Owning a dog requires a commitment of time, energy and money. This is a long term commitment because a dog can live for ten or more years and will rely upon his owner for almost all of his needs for his entire life.
This Golden Retriever was recently surrendered to MPSP Dog Pound by his owner. The owner apparently could no longer tolerate the dog’s skin problem which seems never-ending and so he decided to discard him just like he is a piece of unworthy trash!

As a result of our Adoption Drive last night, 6 dogs and puppies found their forever home. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank those who opt to adopt, rather than buying from petshops.

GEMAS: We have heard of sheep dogs and how they herd the flock. However in a kampung near Gemas, there is a dog that herds goats, all by instinct.
In fact, the dog in Kampung Ulu Ladang, Londah even puts her life on the line daily by stopping traffic on a busy road so the goats can cross safely to the other side.
