The first Sunday of 2015, and we are going to start showering our donors & volunteers with the ACRES love!
Today we would like to send our heartfelt and wild THANK YOU to our friends at Pioneer Junior College! These nice chaps joined us for 5 days and made lovely cards for the staff they worked with in December, mentioning that their eyes have opened with regards to animal care and also about how adorable the animals they worked with can be!

The night's adoption drive has wrap-up with a total of 14 young puppies adopted.
We are truly glad of the support showered by our fellow supporters. And indeed, we are touched knowing that more people are opting for adoption instead of buying.

[FLOOD UPDATE] Kelantan Satellite Center Launched, Food Aid Available
Thanks to Dr Azri, director of DVS Kelantan, SPCA Selangor, Malaysia and volunteers have officially set up a satellite center in DVS Kelantan at Kubang Kerian. First batch of food donation has been delivered there. Mobile treatment clinic is planned to be setup there next week.

Katniss, Ginny, Caspian & Kili @ Seremban

We've managed to set up satellite aid centres at DVS offices in Temerloh (Pahang) and Kubang Kerian (Kelantan). We are urgently looking for contacts in Terengganu to set up an aid centre there, please post here if you know of anyone (authorities, rescuers, etc) on the ground in Terengganu who can help! Thanks!

SPCA SEBERANG PERAI will be holding our Pet Adoption Day at Autocity (in front of Shop-In D'Park) on 3rd January 2015 from 7pm to 10pm.
Come adopt one of our furkid and you will never regret you ever did. Remember, you are not just giving the furkid a better life, you are giving yourself one, too!
And for those who wish to drop in any donation items (rice, eggs, fresh milk or kibbles) may do so at our booth on that night.

SPCA Selangor Flood Aid: 2nd Jan Aid Delivery

We loaded up our Big Red Dog van with food and cages donated by members of the public, as well as animal first aid kits (towel, antiseptic & pet soap) and other supplies/ equipment needed for emergency support. Our team consisting of Animal Welfare Officer Kelvin, driver Samy and several volunteers will be in a convoy with rescuer Razeef to Kota Baru (2nd Jan), and then on to Terengganu and Pahang (3rd Jan).
