Abandoning your pet on the streets is a crime.
It is cruel to abandon one's pets as they are domestic animals that have not learned how to survive outside of a sheltered home where food and water are readily provided.
Under the revised Animals and Birds (Amendment) Act 2014, one can be fined up to $15,000 or receive a jail term of up to 18 months, or both, for one's first offence as an individual.
We urge all owners to always uphold responsible pet ownership and never to abandon their pets...

Due to uncontrolled stray problems, ISPCA will be holding TNR Stray Neutering Program at Lawan Kuda Basketball court.Gopeng (opposite Wisma MCA Lawan Kuda).12th April 2015(sunday) 9am~2pm

PUPPIES FOR ADOPTION (Currently with fosterer)
"They were abandoned at Kayu Ara in PJ, huddled under a broken down car at a road junction. All 6 pups eat well and have been with me for a week and gained weight. They had their 2nd vaccine and dewormed.
Timmy, Tom and Judy are siblings, about 4 months plus. Judy is the only female. Good natured and playful. Bit of a Jack Russell character especially Judy who jumps on the spot when happy.

One step closer to a happy future for Sonia!
A private sponsor came forward to us and agreed to sponsor Sonia's medication fee!
Sonia is now acting a lot more cheerful in the SPCA after a lot of tender loving care. She is still on her treatment for tick fever, and the surgery is scheduled for next week! The growth on her face has become smaller and less swollen.
We are still searching for a good home for Sonia,
