Today we had our very first adoption drive at MPSP Car Free Morning, held behind Sunway Carnival Mall. A total of 6 puppies were adopted during the event. We deeply appreciate the kind gesture shown by adopters, opting to adopt instead of buying. We are proud of YOU.
Also, we would like to send our special thanks to The Municipal Council of Seberang Perai for allocating a booth for SPCA Seberang Perai to conduct such meaningful cause.

RESCUED ANIMALS HAVE GREENER SURROUNDINGS, THANKS TO ST. ANDREW’S JUNIOR COLLEGE STUDENTS!
On the 7th of April, we welcomed a group of 20 students from St. Andrew’s Junior College to the ACRES Wildlife Rescue Centre. They spent a whole day planting new plants and small trees in the Outdoor Sanctuary Area, making the area even more wild and green for the reptilian residents.

The Story Of Us And Hobo
"Hobo, 2 years old adopted from SPCA in June 2014. In 2014, we found an article in facebook group regarding adoption at SPCA. It's been long time since our last dog passed away . So we decided to adopt a dog. After a few days, we visited the SPCA Penang shelter and saw Hobo was look like waiting for us to adopt him. We fell in love at first sight with him that was at the door looking at us. This is him ! This is him ! The adoption was a success and we brought him home ....
