MEET LEO, A LEOPARD GECKO!
Leo, an albino leopard gecko, was most probably abandoned by his owner after being illegally kept as a pet in Singapore, or he could have escaped.
Leopard geckos are found in the dry and desert regions of South-Asia. This includes places such as Iran, down to parts of North-West India. The black spots on their body and their habit of stalking prey have given them their name: leopard gecko. Leo, however, lacks these spots as he is an albino morph. This means that he ...

The amazing red fox uses his sensitive hearing, coupled with the North Pole’s magnetic field, to hunt for food. The furry hunter makes it look cute and easy, but catching dinner actually involves a very complex and calculated process!

Nami For Urgent Adoption – Johor Bahru
http://www.petfinder.my/pets/61748
Poor Nami girl had a sad past. Her ex-owner shifted and abandoned her, likely because she is suffering from a rare skin condition that requires constant medication for her whole life.
Some neighbors tried caring for her, but it was too costly and she was sent to be put down at the vet. The kind rescuer saved her just in time, and her skin condition has improved significantly since then with proper care.

PEDRO, a senior white/brown Chihuahua (around 6-7 years), was found, possibly abandoned, at Toh Crescent on 9 March 2015.
He appears to have a hindlimb congenital deformity, and patchy fur loss on his back, but is otherwise healthy and alert.
Regardless of his circumstances, his zeal for life hasn't wobbled one bit. This affable charmer is energetic yet sweet and affectionate.
He's not microchipped when we found him, and we have since placed ads for him in the Classifieds, but his (ex-) ow...

DOG RETURNS LOST ITEMS TO AIRLINE PASSENGERS
This beagle is trained to return lost items to passengers in the airport. On one hand, it's unsettling to see a dog running through the airport on his own. On the other hand, the dog clearly seems to be enjoying himself and looks well cared for and proud of his job.
What do you think about this? Good idea? Bad idea?

Cats Behind Bars 13th Apr 2015, by PetFinder.my
Cats Behind Bars
When a no-kill animal shelter in Indiana ran out of space to house homeless cats, what did they do? They sent a bunch of their felines off to the maximum-security prison!
At last report, the cats were much happier. So were the prisoners, and staff, too. It's not quite a cat cafe, but check out this video about an innovative programme that seems to be a winner all round.
Malaysia has no shortage of homeless cats, either, and shelters all over the country are chronically ov...
