Cow’s Eye, After 9 Days 24th Apr 2015, by AnimalCare
It’s been 9 days after Cow’s eye debridement and the removal of that “flap” under the ulcer. But his eye didn’t seem to be healing. He also hates the flushing nowadays (previously, he did not mind it at all), so I’ve had my fair share of being scratched. Now, Cow’s scratches are quite lethal.
So I brought Cow back for a check-up today.
Here’s the verdict:
1. The ulcer is half the size of what it was before. Yay!
2. But why is Cow resisting the sa...

#Didyouknow that there are probably more tigers on the shelves of pharmacies and medicine stores than in forests? Tigers are widely hunted and every single part of their bodies are dissected for use in traditional Asian medicine even though there is no scientific basis to prove that their alleged medicinal properties are true.
WWF-Malaysia’s Tigers Alive! project aims to employ a holistic approach for tiger conservation which also reduces poaching activities by developing long-term measures t...

Letter To Editor: Celebrating Water On Earth Day 24th Apr 2015, by WWF Malaysia
Celebrating Water on Earth Day
Hot and dry weather spells have been scorching Klang Valley for the past month with a maximum temperature of 34 degree Celsius. Ginger Tries Another Way 23rd Apr 2015, by AnimalCare
Ginger’s ambition is to join Team Bunny….one day.
I’ve let him in several times…under very strict supervision and protection, of course.
Indy: I protest.
Ginger got swiped by Indy the other day, and he growled back.
Bunny: I didn’t protest.
By the way, may I have some food, please?
This afternoon, Ginger tried another way…
He came from the roof.
And sat on the ledge for a long time, just looking in, wishing…
Bunny: I have no objections…...

Rademenes was first brought into the shelter with an inflamed respiratory tract by his previous owner who feared he wouldn't survive the sickness, explains Imgur user KimfromNorway. Luck...

TORNADO LEADS TO OWLET RESCUE
"These babies were found by our maintenance crew during tornado cleanup," Byron Forest Preserve reported last week after an F-4 twister tore through Ogle County, Oregon. "Since so many trees were destroyed, we're assuming their parents are gone and they haven't had any nourishment in awhile. Northern Illinois Raptor Rehab will be picking them up today to nurse them back to health."
