6th May 2015, by Second Chance

URGENT APPEAL FOR OLD NEWSPAPERS AND CARDBOARD BOXES As a charity involved in animal rescue work, cardboard boxes and old newspapers are versatile materials that we need for everyday use. We would like to request for cardboard boxes of the two sizes shown in the image. Shoe boxes are needed too. For old newspapers, we need as many as we can get, ideally with the staples removed. It would be very much appreciated if the old newspapers and boxes can be dropped off at the ACRES Wildlife Rescue...

Unlike Bugs Bunny, rabbits should not eat carrots often, due to the latter's high sugar content. At most half a baby carrot, once every three to four days, may be given as a 'treat'. A variety of green, leafy vegetables like bok choy, broccoli, cabbage and kale can be very nutritious as well. However, a rabbit owner should not be giving the rabbit too many vegetables all at once but introduce the veget...
