Starky For Adoption – Happy Garden, KL

Starky is a joyful dog indeed, with a happy and cheeky face that'll surely bring you smiles within a split second. Loves cuddling and a good massage too.
Previously a hit-and-run victim with cracked hip and broken legs, Starky has recovered well, owing to his strong will and happy nature.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has recently named animal cruelty as a “top-tier crime” in the US. Prosecution for animal cruelty, in the US, will be given more priority and those convicted will face harsher sentencing. Just last month, a California man was jailed for a year and ordered to undergo anger management counseling, for beating his pet poodle to death. He was also put on “four years' probation and barred from owning, living with or caring for any animal for 10 years". ...
