Cow Vs Cleo (Oh No! Not The Right Eye Again!)

A huge fight broke out in Bunny’s Place this evening while we were out.
Ming-Yi said by the time she managed to get to the garden, Cleo was seen huddled up among the plants and Cow was in an antagonising position, all fluffed up.
A close check after we came back revealed that Cow’s eye was scratched. It was the right eye….AGAIN!
We will have to monitor that eye and see if anything else happens to it tomorrow.

MIDORI GETS A REVAMPED ENCLOSURE!
Unlike the rescued tortoises, who get to enjoy the outdoors at our Main Sanctuary Area, the green iguanas in our care have to be kept indoors at the present time. They are great escape artists, and their awesome ability to climb makes it difficult to create an outdoor enclosure for them for the time being. These kittens are so cute they should be illegal. When they were rescued they were tiny, skinny and covered in fungus. One of our fabulous fosterers kept them for more than a month, diligently giving them medicated baths and LOTS of TLC. She did a truly amazing job and now you'd never guess they had ever been dumped on a street!
These cats are cuddly, furry and SUPER PURRY. Seriously - even if you don't want to adopt them, you should come in to the center so you can hear them purr.
