Yesterday evening (July 2) at Block 174, Toa Payoh Lorong 1, eight of our volunteers joined our officers (Selina, Yao Huang and Lawrence), in our door-to-door appeal for witnesses, hoping to find more leads on the case of the allegedly abandoned, maggot-infested rabbit (for which we posted an Appeal for Information here, on June 26 2015).

We Named Him Cushion我们为牠取名Cushion 3rd Jul 2015, by SPCA Ipoh
Our volunteer informed us there was a white male dog with a bad wound over his right ear along jln Temenggong .
Thankfully we managed to trap him & sent to the vet with help from nearby shops without much hide & seek.
Poor dog was in much pain. There was pus ozzing out from his right ear, with lots of maggots
dwelling under the ear causing a massive swelling near the neck area. Smell was unpleasant. Poor dog has been suffering for a week according to the local residents.

Just when her training was going well, disaster struck for Sabrina, our Campaigns Executive, who is running the Sundown Marathon for the animals this coming Saturday.
