On the surface, they show their sincerity to work with WVS in coping the problem of rabies but actual fact, they are using the excuse of rabies vaccines shortage to continue culling. They will have no reason to kill once vaccines arrives thus they have now implement round the clock culling to kill as many dogs as possible. The true color of the wolves had now been revealed!

It shows a mother duck quacking for help when her ducklings had fallen into a drain and these officers rescued all her ducklings, even from across a busy highway.
