URGENT
Poor stray has been living at a Petronas (if you're driving from Subang to Klang on Federal Highway, theres a Petronas before entering the Batu Tiga Toll). There's an A&W there.
Looks like it has a skin problem, and thin. Person who reported unable to help as he has 3 dogs at home. Anyone able to rescue this dog?

Lost in our urban landscape…all they needed was a little help!
1. ‘Shock’, a yellow bittern, was found stranded and helpless by concerned students at United World College of South East Asia’s East campus. Poor Shock couldn’t fly or even stand up properly. Bitterns are very sensitive to changes in the environment and do get stressed easily. Shock was given ample time to rest and, after receiving some fluids, he managed to fly off!

Penang Welcomes International Aid, Putrajaya's Decision Now
Sep 25, 2015 – In response to Worldwide Veterinary Services' offer to supply 50,000 rabies vaccines, Penang Chief Minister Lim Guang Eng has issued an official statement that Penang will work closely with Putrajaya to welcome international assistance.
The decision on inviting foreign organizations and approving vaccines currently lies in the hands of Malaysia's central government, Putrajaya.

PUTRAJAYA: Malaysia has no confirmed case of rabies in humans so far, said Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr S. Subramaniam yesterday.
He said this to dispel confusion over the rabies outbreak in the northern states.
Dr Subramaniam said 12 people had been bitten by rabid dogs. There were nine cases in Perlis, two in Penang and one in Kedah.
