Here’s the simplest answer :
Only if he’s chewing on the wrong thing. So give him something that’s okay to chew.

Due to lack of manpower and resources, ISPCA shelter is in fact, facing quite a number of problems which are slowly improving by our board of committees. Most of the stray dogs in shelter are old and ill, some of these dogs are fierce as well due to lack of human interaction before they enter shelter. Hence, workers are facing problem to bathe and clean them. What our workers can do is to apply flea medication on them if flea were found on them.
