We provide shelter to over 4,000 community animals and pets, in need annually. Many of them are injured, abused, lost, abandoned or surrendered.

Do you have old newspapers to spare?
We've recently started using shredded newspapers as a cheaper alternative to cat litter and it's been going very well. The cats love it!
As a result, we've run out of newspapers 😅. If you have any old newspapers to donate, please do drop by at our shelter any time during our opening hours (9 am - 4 pm every day except Wednesdays and Public Holidays).

Due to lack of manpower and resources, ISPCA shelter is in fact, facing quite a number of problems which are slowly improving by our board of committees. Most of the stray dogs in shelter are old and ill, some of these dogs are fierce as well due to lack of human interaction before they enter shelter. Hence, workers are facing problem to bathe and clean them. What our workers can do is to apply flea medication on them if flea were found on them.
