We think she might have belong to someone as she was also wearing a collar.

SPCA Seberang Perai was formed in year 2005 by a group of animal lovers, led by Madam Tan Kah Chuah, a 68 years old woman with great passion for animals. From a shelter with less than 100 dogs & cats, SPCA Seberang Perai has now increased to sheltering more than 900 animals over the years. It’s a huge burden and no easy task for us to continue removing dogs from the local pound and taking in abandoned and unwanted animals but still we do so, for the sake of the animals.
