3 year ago, Lissa was still studying in Form 4. Ann Lesley White, our SSPCA volunteer conversed with Lissa, and fetch Lissa to our shelter at 7th Mile area. Lissa wanted to adopt Lulu on her first sight, even though she knew of Lulu’s health condition. As a student, Lissa had not much pocket money, but Ann helped Lissa in her adoption fees.

As we have reported at the end of every month, we have been running on reserves since April 2015. It has almost been two years now and our reserves are depleting rapidly.
We also have a number of big-time feeders who do a large volume of neutering cases each week and they have continued to claim from our funds very regularly. CHUA CHU KANG SEC STUDENTS RAISE FUNDS THROUGH CAR WASH!
Earlier this July and August, 40 students from Chua Chu Kang Secondary School participated in washing cars at their school, to help raise money for the animals at SPCA. In total, the students washed 36 cars and collected $360 through their efforts.
