Malaysia is fortunate to host four species of marine turtles: Leatherback, Green, Hawksbill, and Olive Ridley turtles. Sadly, the number of marine turtles has plummeted and some populations are on the brink of extinction.

Old Curtain Material – For Foldable Bags

Remember just a few days ago, we sold this bag for a donation of RM5000?
It’s made from old curtain material from my mum and the cloth is actually water-resistant on the inside (I didn’t know this until now!).

Brown Songkety Foldable Bag

We thank Agnes’ friend for ordering this brown songkety bag.
These bags are made from the “sample pieces” of cloth that my mum bought sometime ago. Each piece is just enough to make one small bag, so that makes every bag totally unique!
I get a thrill out of being able to maximise the cloth so that wastage is reduced to a barest minimum. See the two squares cut out? I even unpick these and make use of them to extend the handles.

I know I sound like a broken tape recorder, but it’s happening again – applicants who don’t put enough stamps in an ordinary post.
Previously, the mail is still delivered, stamped “T”, that means the recipient (poor us) is taxed double for whatever balance of postage is required.
