What kind of person ties their puppy outside the WHOLE DAY IN THE SUN AND RAIN? Without even a bowl of water ?
This heartless owner can be prosecuted under section 24 of the NEW ANIMAL WELFARE ACT 2015 and friend between rm 15-75k! Bad owners beware we will report you to DVS who will not hesitate to prosecute you! 😡😡😡
After our visit , he brought his puppy in. Next time you will be at lest rm 15k poorer!
