In order to stop the scam continues , we had have given our instructions to our bank to block all incoming funds into SCAS ‘s bank account 🥲🥲
Being a NGO , our shelter operation is rely solely on public donations to sustain of taking care the 500 rescued animals
After giving the instruction our Bank, no bank transfer donations received, but we have daily food , medical & workers expenses of RM1,300 to cover (ie RM40,000 a month ) It is really hard & tougher to continue our missions ...

Another camp site erected! ðŸ‘ðŸ»
Last Friday, we have erected a new camp site on one of the terrapin nesting banks. This is a smaller nesting bank and will be guarded by two Terrapin Guardians, Pok Nasir and Rizal.
The camp site allows them to hang out and rest in between patrol rounds, and also provides a space for them to process the post-nesting females.
Can you tell we're all excited about this upcoming nesting season? ðŸ¢

Narisa looked dull and so was brought to Gasing. This is what the vet said:
Narisa, whom you brought in to do a snap4dx test to check for heartworm - it turns out ecanis positive. Due to this reason we ran a CBC. It's normal. Which means, it is ecanis positive is likely because of body antibody by post infection. She doesnt need any meds for now unless she has clinical symptoms such as weakness, anemia and low platelet count.

Milo needs a foster or adopter starting 1 February â¤ï¸
Milo was rescued after being abandoned in December. He has been with a foster since 1 January and the contract will end on 1 February, thus we are once again looking for a home for Milo.
Milo needs someone who is understanding that he has been abandoned and abused. He needs a couple of days to build trust (will growl if he's not ready to be petted), but once he has it, Milo is loving, friendly, and playful...

We have just about 20 minutes before we close the donation drive for this dog which was saved from the MPK pound by a person from a vegetable vendor's stall. Admitted at the vet for 2, vaccinations, neutering and quarantine. Funds are still insufficient but fund raising will still end at midnight.
