Two More Dog Bite Victims Die

With deep regret that 2 confirmed deaths due to Rabies in December 2018 which brings the total number of deaths to 15 for the past 18 months.
These deaths were preventable, IF the victims were to act QUiCKLY; wash the bitten wound for at least 15minutes and to go to hospital for immediate treatments.
Let us all join forces to fight this war on Rabies - and it starts with the simple action of vaccinating your pets.

There was no vomiting all of last night and I was so, so relieved. Vincent also looked better. I guess the vomiting could have been due to the raw liver that he gorged up two days ago. He loves raw liver, but it looks like he may have problems with it now.
This morning, freshly steamed fish and chicken essence for Vincent!

'Jazz' came in as she was very tender in her lower back and lame in one of her back legs. After her exam, we were concerned about a possible cruciate ligament tear. We also collected a blood sample to send off to the laboratory as she has been drinking lots and other symptoms of Cushing's disease. Some of our colleagues had a "crappy" encounter recently in #SetiuWetlands, a state park in #Terengganu.

Can you help them identify which wild animal has left these droppings and what it ate?

FYI field researchers look at animal faeces, such as tiger scat and elephant dung to estimate their population in the wild, to find out what they like to eat and many more. It's a sh*tty job, but someone's got to do it 😉

So Far, So Good (Vincent’s Day)

Since I was up so early, I took the opportunity to drive to PJ for a session of Stretch Therapy. Haven’t been for a few weeks now. The limbs and muscles do need to be stretched!
When I came home, Vincent asked for food. Thankfully, there was no vomit anywhere except for some bile in his hide-away.
I steamed fish for him, but he would only eat after a placed some renal kibble onto the food. Good that he can eat!
