Neutering Aid For 2 Cats In Sri Gombak And TTDI (Frankie Bin John’s)

We have provided an aid of RM120 for the neutering of these 2 cats.
En Frankie is an HKL ambulance driver. He posted this application from Sarawak because he was back home for the holidays. Unfortunately, the form was incomplete, so we could not process it and we informed him.
Fortunately, there was enough time as we give a 2 week period. En Frankie got back to Peninsular Malaysia today, landed at the airport and came straight to our mail collection point to fill up the missing details.

This morning, I can FINALLY breathe a sigh of relief and gratitude!
Thanks to our new policy of not tolerating rude and entitled applicants, we saw the last of the RUDEST applicant yesterday. She still made demands despite her application being non-compliant and despite being told how much she had received from us over more than four years, but no more.
