Another Bonus Meal At 6.15pm!!

No sooner had I finished writing that post about the bonus meal at 3pm and I went into the kitchen to feed Tabs, Heidi and Ginger than Vincent (yes, Vincent) came from the patio to join everyone!
I quickly offered him some canned food, but no.
Another flavour? Also, no.
Then he went out to his cage.
I brought the bowl of canned food out to the cage – no.
Chicken with gravy – no.
Oh dear…what do you want, Vincent?
Wait…think….what hasn’t he eaten so far?

A Bonus Meal At 3pm

I did not expect Vincent to eat again until tomorrow, but at 3pm, he came into the kitchen to look for me.
He wanted food!!
So I offered, but no, it’s not correct.
What did he want then?
He went outside to the trolley and sat there.
Oh, did he want to eat there?
So I brought some canned food out – No.
Raw food? It’s a long shot, but why not?

We have provided an aid of RM25 for the 1st vaccination of this cat.
Ms Aimi is a new applicant.
Dear Dr. Chan,
This is Leo, my dearest cat found in my aunt’s apartment in Seri Kembangan last two weeks (14th February). We found him near the lift alone and scared. Since we didn’t have any pet, we decided to adopt Leo and will taking care of him since then.
Then we decided to give him a vaccination last three days. We plan to vaccine again and neuter him at the end of this month...

Vincent Calls The Shots

Vincent’s last meal was yesterday afternoon (when the gates opened). I offered food in the evening and late night, but he did not want any.
No force-feeding.
This morning, I offered again, but he wasn’t interested either. I even steamed another piece of sardine with some chicken but the aroma failed to work up an appetite in him.

Lounging And Relaxing (Vincent’s Stories)

After the big and happy meal of raw chicken and steamed sardines this afternoon, Vincent lounged all afternoon.
Subcut 250ml. He probably knows he needs this, so he cooperates completely.
Then, he went to lick rocks. Yes, definitely anaemic. We have already started on the Darbepoetin. Let’s hope it works again (we went on one course in November last year). It takes 4-5 jabs, so the next one will be on this Sunday.
