Remember This Black Female Dog Rescued From Sri Ke.. 16th Jul 2019, by TNRM Malaysia
Remember this black female dog rescued from Sri Kembangan last year ? She had a massive rumour at her private part ( TVT ). After 5 Vincristine jabs, her tumour shrunk only half the size. We had to send her to UPM for surgeries to get rid of the rumour. After a series of surgeries, her tumour was successfully removed. Now she’s living happily in our transit centre tumour free but we were slapped with a hefty bill. Rm8,156.69 . We pleaded with UPM to reduce the amount. We were given a discount ...

A Stabilised CNRM Colony In Ipoh (Dr Sathiah Devi A/p Subramaniam’s) Updates 16th Jul 2019, by AnimalCare
When Dr Sathiah first wrote to us on 19th March 2019 about her CNRM work in Ipoh, we agreed to help her with the remaining 8 dogs to be neutered. She had, on her own, neutered some of the dogs by then. She also gets them vaccinated using her own funds and the injured ones are all given medical treatment. She feeds them daily after work.
As it turned out, a few new dogs came into the colony, so as it stands now, we have helped her with the neutering of 12 dogs. One of the dogs got adopted i...

Introducing, Azlina Zakariah Also Known As Kak Na... 16th Jul 2019, by Turtle Conservation Society of Malaysia
Introducing, Azlina Zakariah! Also known as Kak Na.
She is one of the local women of Kg. Pasir Gajah. Prior to our introduction, Kak Na was a full-time housewife. She sometimes makes donuts, upon request. After initiating our project with the local women, Kak Na now, consistently, hand made drawstring bags from our authentic terrapin-motif batik! We also ordered light refreshments for our guest from Kak Na and she delivers it to our center at Kg. Pasir Gajah. Most of our guest loves her big flu...
