Bunny 100% Bright Eyes 6th Nov 2019, by AnimalCare
Bunny finished his plasma eye gel on Sunday and since then, we’ve noticed that besides healing the eye ulcer (inflicted by Indy in a fight – in the right eye), Bunny’s eyesight seemed to have improved as well!
Bunny was declared 80% blind some years back and this has been confirmed by two vets. He also often bumps into things, but generally he is still able to navigate his way around because of his sense of smell.
But since Sunday, we have noticed that Bunny is able to avoid ob...

Ipoh Town Council Worked Together With Ispca Once .. 6th Nov 2019, by SPCA Ipoh
Ipoh Town Council worked together with ISPCA once again to catch stray and send to vet for TNR(M). However we realise two of the strays has markings on ear (indicating that they're neutered) but after continuous scanning on their bodies, there was no microchips found inside, and no collar and number plate on them.
Finally, we decided to reinsert microchips and give them new red collar and number plates, and release them back to where they come from. Volunteers will check on them and feed them re...

I Just Can't Stop Singing Songs,. I Can't Stop Ask.. 6th Nov 2019, by SPCA Sarawak
I just can't stop singing songs,
I can't stop asking what I've done wrong.
You were once there and now you're gone,
I'm too scared to carry on.
My face streaked with tears,
Bringing out my worst fears.
You left me on the street and don't care,
Hoping you to fetch me is my only prayer.
We were once so close and now so far,
I don't know where you are.
I just want you back with me
That's all I want you to see.
🐾
To the owner who abandoned this poor furry 🐕 near our shelter today...

Fighting Over The Grass 6th Nov 2019, by AnimalCare
Yesterday, I planted this row of grass for Heidi. It’s her medicinal herb.
It’s difficult letting Heidi go out to eat because she won’t come back after that. She would want to do her rounds outside and sometimes, I’m in a hurry to get to work and I cannot get her back into the house.
She’d only come back on her own terms and if all of us are at work, she could be stuck outside for hours.
Heidi didn’t know about this, so I carried her to show her, but guess wh...

Indy: Another Setback 6th Nov 2019, by AnimalCare
Indy has been refusing to eat even a little bit of Cubgrub for two days now and I was worried that he wasn’t getting enough of a balanced diet, so last night, I tried a bit of Primal for him, which he happily ate.
This morning, I found loose stools in the sandpit.
Looks like it’s still too early to introduce any “other” food to him. He has been on chicken fillet for 10 days now, with just the occasional one teaspoon of Cubgrub which I have to coax him to eat.
He also does...

What Will 500 Cats Eat Tomorrow?. Each And Every D.. 5th Nov 2019, by The Great Animal Rescue Chase
WHAT WILL 500 CATS EAT TOMORROW?
Each and every day, more than 500 street cats are fed in Turkey thanks to all of you. It's a difficult mission, especially this time of year as hotels have closed for the season and former tourists have disappeared, leaving far less food for the cats to scavenge.
We are deeply GRATEFUL to all of you who help us feed the cats. It's not easy, and certainly not cheap. This month, thanks in huge part to volunteer Meher Torkey, many cats were spayed/neutered. ...
