How To Think Like A Cat 25th Nov 2019, by AnimalCare
This is very interesting: https://feline-nutrition.org/the -blogs/how-to-think-like-a-cat
The peeing isn’t vindictive – that is beyond the thinking of a cat – she is simply doing something to make herself feel better. It’s not about you. Relieving herself on an object makes it smell like her. It’s comforting. She is upset and does something that makes her feel better. It’s that simple. Get it out of your head that your cat is plotting against you. They h...

Wwf-Malaysia Is Saddened By The Unfortunate Loss O.. 25th Nov 2019, by WWF Malaysia
WWF-Malaysia is saddened by the unfortunate loss of Sabah’s last surviving rhino, Iman, who died on Sunday after a long battle with cancer.
Iman’s death signifies the complete loss of the Sumatran rhino in Sabah. The hope of ever seeing this species in the wild is now forever gone.
While we can do little prevent the loss of the Sumatran rhinos on our lands, we can still do so much for our other remaining species, all of whom are in danger of facing similar fates if we do not address the th...

This Is Bukit Piton. 25th Nov 2019, by WWF Malaysia
This is Bukit Piton, a pocket of jungle that lies not far from the town of Lahad Datu in Sabah. Spanning approximately 12, 000 hectares, Bukit Piton is a Class I Protection Forest Reserve. It is isolated by palm oil plantations to the north and east and the Segama River to the south. Forest fires and unsustainable logging in the past have left parts of the area treeless and wildlife habitat in poor health.
Bukit Piton is also home to some 300 Bornean orangutans, all of whom would eventually die...

1. Bela masa kecil sebab comel.
2. Dah besar tak mahu mandulkan kerana kononnya pemandulan haram dan halang hak kucing untuk rasa nikmat alam rumah tangga. Ada yang bagi alasan nak mandul tak ada duit dan kos vet mandul mahal. (Vet memang mahal. Vet kerajaan tak guna. Macam-macam prosedur birokrasi)
3. Bila lambat mandul atau tak mandul kucing dah gatal tak sangka beranak 3 kali setahun. Sekali beranak purata empat ekor. Setahun berkembang jadi 12 ekor.
4. Tak sanggup tanggung kos makan dah ...

Indy’s News 25th Nov 2019, by AnimalCare
Last night and all of yesterday, there was this ongoing tension between Indy and Bunny. It would be both taking turns to be the aggressor.
This has been going on for a few days now.
Making up after a fight.
This morning I found semi-soft stools in Indy’s spot. Semi-soft, but well-formed. That’s good enough for now.
Maybe he’s not ready to eat a full meal of Cubgrub yet. Maybe his gut still needs time to heal. So I think I will cut down on the quantity of Cubgrub and gradually ...

Saving An IBD Cat From 11000 Miles Away 25th Nov 2019, by AnimalCare
The story: https://feline-nutrition.org/features/ saving-alistair-how-lyn-thomson-helped-stop-ibd-11 000-miles-away
Over the next weeks, many nauseating hours were spent in butchers’ shops and in the kitchen, simmering bones and disembowelling poultry following Lyn’s recommendations. The commitment of the all-vegetarian cattery staff was tested to the limit both by the concoctions stored in the freezer and by the ever-increasing list of instructions on Alistair’s pen. Alth...

Recently, We Stopped By Rr Dengkil For Lunch And W.. 25th Nov 2019, by TNRM Malaysia
Recently, we stopped by R&R Dengkil for lunch and we notice there were many stray cats there. We spoke to the people who work there about implementing TNRM Program there. According to the workers, some people feed the cats there. We better do something before the population gets out of hand resulting in people who are not in favour of stray cats call the local council to catch them and put them to sleep. We made this Dengkil R&R Neutering Project. We went there again last Saturday and we manage...

Feline Inflammatory Bowel Disease 24th Nov 2019, by AnimalCare
This sure sounds like what Indy has: https://feline-nutrition.org/health/feli ne-inflammatory-bowel-disease-nature-and-treatment
The article advises to use bone broth, which we are already doing. Indy loves the bone broth. It also advises to use probiotics, pinch by pinch. We are also doing that.
And finally, to transition to raw food.
All of the above, to heal the gut.
We are doing all that already.
From Fillet Plus, I’m gradually transitioning him back to Cubgrub Chicken.
More and...
