We are not sure if this letter issued by the DVS comes in handy especially for stray feeders. You can print this out in case you run into trouble with the authority. Please follow all rules stated by the authorities during this MCO. Don’t defy orders as this will only reflect poorly on all of us who are advocating for the strays. Berhubung hukuman terlalu ringan dan tidak adil terhadap pengganas haiwan yang memakuk kucing di Bintulu Sarawak. Animal Malaysia rayu kepada Pejabat Pendakwaan Negeri Sarawak supaya mengkaji semula hukuman denda cuma RM4,000.00 atau penjara cuma maksimum 6 bulan jika gagal bayar denda yang dikenakan.
Animal Malaysia menyifatkan hukuman yang dijatuhkan kepada pengganas haiwan Fong Kuot Yew sebagai tidak mendidik dan tidak akan menyedarkan pengganas haiwan lain di Sarawak.
