Two years ago, Pole was pawing badly at her mouth until she could no longer eat. Her vet wasn’t around, so I had to see another vet at the same clinic. Tabs Has A Cough

A very mild one.
She started coughing this morning and again this afternoon, so I took no chances. While I did not take her the vet, the vet prescribed an antihistamine (Cetirizine) and a broncodilator (Neulin) for Tabs.
She says I could also nebulize Tabs. I haven’t done it yet tonight as she seems fine now. But I’ve given her the tablets. It was fairly easy to pill her.

Pole’s Visit To The Vet’s (not So Good)

Okay, now, for the not-so-good news….
Pole’s.
Some background first: Pole is hyperthyroid and is on life-long transdermal Methimazole. This brought her hyperthyroidism under good control. She has kidney insufficiency as evidenced by her kidney readings and her previous urine SG of 1.019 (normal is 1.035), but her UPC was normal (no protein leak in urine). Pole is 14 years old.
Pole was very well-behaved in the car.

Indy’s Visit To The Vet’s

The reason I decided to take Indy is that he only has one functioning kidney. One of his kidneys is much smaller than the other and this is probably from way, way back when he was first rescued from the drain as a tiny kitten with all kinds of infections.
Indy was making noise in the car all the way too.
Indy’s weight increased to 5.7kg and that is not surprising seeing how he hypnotises me all the time to get double meals. The vet said although he is not obese, but he could do with some ...

If you remember, the other day Cleo declared war on me when I tried to do her subcut alone. I enlisted Yui Ping’s help but he in turn got bitten by the tigress. I finally managed to, using AD to entice her, but with Cleo, what works once, will probably not work again.

Our dedicated volunteers looked out for Rainbow again early this morning and rainbow was found under the bridge, the way turn into VPAC.
