JMB yang mengurus Kondo / Apartment / Flat dan Rumah2 Tinggi tertakluk kepada Akta Pengurusan Strata 2013. Mereka hanya diperuntuk kuasa di common area saja dan bukan DALAM rumah kita
Pemilik kucing boleh terus membelihara apa-apa binatang. Jika JMB beri surat, ia setakat surat saja. Mereka tetap tak boleh masuk. Jika mereka suruh Security Guard datang dan nak masuk rumah, jangan beri.

Alexander (aka Memory), the parvo survivor
Mabel & Memory was dumped inside a box in November 2019. When our volunteer discovered, both of them are so tiny, weak and infected with deadly parvo virus. Despite of trying our best to rescue them, Mabel was not able to make it and left Memory alone.
Memory is a strong pup. She survived and was then adopted by a lovely family who give her so much of TLC.
SCAS again and again and tirelessly to make the public aware that strays problem can be solved...

Babi Hutan jika serang manusia inilah akibat yang perlu ditanggung. Mangsa diserang dalam premis makanan (warung) di Kampung Jeniang, Jeniang Kedah.
Babi Hutan begini sudah menimbulkan mudarat nyawa. Perhilitan cukup undang-undang untuk menembak mati Babi Hutan.
Di pihak Perhilitan mestilah memastikan penembak itu terlatih. Memilih jenis peluru yang tepat dan mesti ke arah 'one shoot to kill'. Tembakan yang berkali-kali untuk bunuh Babi Hutan tidak dibolehkan dan ia menjurus kezaliman.

Hendak menghalau beruk yang cedera di jalan raya bagi keselesaan pengguna jalan raya lain adalah niat murni. Namun kebajikan beruk perlu dititik beratkan. Jika tiada kepakaran dan khuatir keselamatan atau kecederaan. Sebaiknya libatkan Perhilitan atau Angkatan Pertahanan Awam bagi kerja membantu dan menyelamat beruk cedera di jalan raya.
Kaedah menghalau beruk secara seretan dan tendangan bakal menambah kecederaan fizikal dan mental kepada beruk.

Dear all,
This poor dog had fallen into a drain in Sea Park and remained trapped for several days. Luckily a Good Samaritan pulled doggo out and called us. Doggo has been named Kobe and admitted in Gasing Veterinary Hospital. One eye is badly injured and vet says it has to be removed. The surgery will be scheduled once Kobe is in a more stable condition. Blood test, x-ray and ultrasound (if needed) will also be done within the next few days. A total of RM382. 10 was collected at Yee Vet Clinic and RM122. 20 was at Fumao Vet Clinic!💪💪
