SOS. This dog has finally been captured after a big struggle. According to one of the rescuers the neck wound is wet and smelly and he believes there are maggots. He said there was a wire tied around the dogs's neck which eas cutting into the neck. They also hired someone for RM650, which we have to reimburse, to dart the doggo. Pembuangan kucing dan anjing adalah antara jumlah terbanyak dalam 81 aduan kepada DVS terhadap penganiayaan haiwan sepanjang tempoh 45 hari PKP bermula 18 Mac 2020 hingga 30 April 2020.
Pembuangan terbesar ini melibatkan kucing dan anjing berbaka dan bakinya adalah jenis domestik yang telah dipelihara bertahun lamanya.
