There is limited space at shelters, staff members sometimes need to make very hard decisions to euthanize animals who haven't been adopted. The number of euthanized animals could be reduced dramatically if more people adopted pets instead of buying them.

Grandpa Roger

Roger, SCAS sweet grandpa😍
SCAS was started in 2009, therefore, some of our dogs are already in their twilight years and Roger, is one of our grandpa. Roger was surrendered to SCAS more than 10 yrs ago, he is estimated around 14 yrs old. Roger only friendly to some of our volunteers and workers, he is big size, very loyal and a good guard dog.

SOS. SOS. SOS. Polly was picked-uo by a well known shelter in 2018 after she was found sitting in a puddle without moving for a couple of days. Because a kind hearted person wanted Polly to have a second chance instead of being euthanised, she called us. We admitted Polly at Gasing where they operated on her and removed a mass.
