Happy Gerald Is Free Again!

We decided to release Gerald this afternoon. He had just got up from a nap and was yowling till no end. We have done our best for 35 days, but he just wasn’t happy being confined. He’s a roamer at heart.
The moment I put him in the porch, he ran towards the gate. I could see how happy he was, so it’s the right decision.
But he didn’t straight away go out, though. He made a detour to the garden first, then only he headed out towards the gate.

Gerald’s yowling has intensified.
Early this morning, he started yowling at 4am. I tried my usual “telepathy” messages which always worked, but it totally failed this time. His yowling continued until 5am. So, that’s an hour’s yowling, which was really very disturbing and exhausting especially when it was during the wee hours of dawn. I had half a mind to just go downstairs and let him go outdoors because I know I would not be able to stop him.

The devastating wound on Noomnoom’s neck was suspected to be an act of cruelty.
Despite the terrible trauma, this sweet little dog was so very gentle with each person who came to her aide. How could someone show such brutality to an innocent being like her? 😢
Safely in our hospital, Noomnoom’s injury was carefully cleaned, bandaged and tended to. She has now physically recovered from this traumatic event and is starting her life in the sanctuary. ❤...

Tabs gets the privilege of getting to eat whatever she wants since she’s a senior now.
Riley, well, she’s very fussy, so I either force feed her or she also gets whatever she wants, which is Tabs’ AIM food from Japan. Riley loves it.
It’s been a cold day today, so all our cats are napping. Tabs is actually so much more cheerful after starting on Fortekor. The transformation has been very significant.

This Morning We Went To General Hospital Kl Dog Tr..

This morning we went to general hospital KL dog trapping. Siew contacted us for help to catch and neuter this male dog that he feeds. Since the dog would go to him in a close proximity, we just set up a small enclosure to lure him him so we could corner him into a cage.

Nomi And Miao On A Rainy Day (updates From Their Aunt)

Nomi and Miao’s adopters’ aunt, Mrs Leow, very kindly updated us on Nomi and Miao today. She went to visit them and both are doing well.
In fact, Nomi is the same size as her mother, Miao, now. Both were cuddling up together on the rainy morning and according to Mrs Leow, they mewed very sweetly to her when she visited.
They are eating well, defecation is good, and they both have beautiful coats.
