Part 3 , we went over to Segambut dog catching again and we managed to get two male dogs this time.
In these two weeks , we managed to get 12 dogs so far from this area of Segambut. There are 2-3 more to go. The rest are pups.

Ryoka Came Into The Spca At Just 2 Months Old In N..

Ryoka came into the SPCA at just 2 months old in November 2023 -- her nails were overgrown and she had infected, crusty skin. Shortly after, she tested positive for mange (skin disease caused by parasitic mites), ringworm, and parvovirus which can be fatal in kittens. Through daily antifungal treatments, medicated baths, and a prescription diet to treat her parvo-related diarrhoea, she has transformed into an alert and playful kitty, with significant improvements in her health.

Waiting For AIM Food And Medicine To Come To Our Shores

I’ve written a few blogposts about the AIM research in Japan conducted by Professor Toru Miyazaki.
Since then, I have been receiving many emails, all from westerners, asking for this medicine and food. Most of the cat parents who have written to me are all desperate and some are even willing to fly their CKD cats to Japan to get the treatment.

When I brought Jayden back from Playgroup today, he hugged Gerald and called him “Cow Mau”.
Misty, being female, is still cautious with Jayden. I think female cats are 10 times more cautious than males.

In February all three of these dogs were trying to stay alive in a landfill in Bosnia. Today, they are all safe in a shelter, sponsored by Harmony Fund. We are so thankful to our amazing hero Marijana who rescued these dogs. She brings food to the garbage dump several times a week, and carries dogs home with her in her car. With Cow Mau and Indy gone, the entire house has suddenly become so, so quiet.
Even though we still have 12 cats living in the house, it’s still so…empty, even though I need to fix some damaged rain gutters, is okay because I got a service to help me with this.
