When Frisco was found, she had become impaled on a wire fence 😥
Thanks to the swift action of her rescuer, Frisco was rushed to a local clinic where she was given emergency care. Her rescuer and their neighbours then paid for as much of the treatment as they could, but unfortunately the wound was not healing and began to require extensive medical care. The decision was made to bring Frisco to Soi Dog, in hope of saving her life.

"Recently in Suzhou, a person named Li adopted two poodles through online platform and kill them cruelly.
According to reports from netizens, Li adopted two poodles, one brown and one black. The brown poodle was directly set on fire and burned to death. Li tortured and killed dogs and send videos to online platform (QQ group) for the purpose of making profit."

VIDEO CIRCULATING: DOG HIT BY TRAINER
The SPCA has been alerted to a video surfacing online that shows several trainers taking a group of dogs on a pack walk. One of the trainers is seen hitting the side of a dog’s muzzle with his hand. The training provider has since issued a statement to say that “the dog was displaying redirected aggression due to its reactivity towards another passing dog” and “corrective measures are necessary to prevent escalation and ensure safety”.

In these two weeks , we managed to get 12 dogs so far from this area of Segambut. There are 2-3 more to go. The rest are pups.

Ryoka came into the SPCA at just 2 months old in November 2023 -- her nails were overgrown and she had infected, crusty skin. Shortly after, she tested positive for mange (skin disease caused by parasitic mites), ringworm, and parvovirus which can be fatal in kittens. Waiting For AIM Food And Medicine To Come To Our Shores

I’ve written a few blogposts about the AIM research in Japan conducted by Professor Toru Miyazaki.
Since then, I have been receiving many emails, all from westerners, asking for this medicine and food. Most of the cat parents who have written to me are all desperate and some are even willing to fly their CKD cats to Japan to get the treatment.
