THIS IS WHY our bills accumulate at Gasing Vet. We have far too many dogs with disabilities. For instance, it is common for fully paralysed dogs like Sunday to have urinary tract infection once in a while. Sunday has not been having it for quite sometime but chose the worst timing to have it - TODAY. Gasing Vet pulak has suspended service because of big hutang. Little Piero was just a few weeks old when he was attacked by a dog😥.
Thankfully, he survived but he did suffer an irreversible wound to his tail. This little kitten, who could fit in the palm of your hand, had already had such a hard start to life.

Putra-Putri, Sporo-Cat, And Her Rescuer Who Will Not Give Up On Her

Ms Hanum contacted me on 17th April 2024 to ask if we know of any vet clinic that could board a sporo-cat for a short period. The cat was initially identified as male and named Putra by the vet’s staff. It was after more than a month that Putra was discovered by the vet we recommended (for sporo-cats) to be female, so she’s been renamed Putri now!

Grandpa Cheetos needs your help! 🧡❤️🩹
Cheetos is about 10 years old, a beautiful male ginger long hair cat, who has been staying at our shelter since November 2023. Over the last few months, he has been eating less and less, and last weekend we noticed he’s got some discharge coming from his mouth.
After a vet check, it turns out that Cheetos has an oral ulcer and severe gingivitis. Some of the tooth root is exposed. This condition is very painful for him....

Our current trauma is:
1) A big fat accumulated bill at Gasing incurred treating our old, disabled and dying doggos.
2) Chicken bill which cannot be settled due to slow fundraising
3) Water bill of RM13,000 and TNB bill of RM5K+ which is yet to be settled due to shortage in amount raised
4) Urgent repair works due to cracks which appeared in our shelter kitchen
5) Monthly commitments which requires rental, utilities and allowances to be paid lurking around the corner.

These 2 skinny motherless puppies , one of them has a big open wound at the neck 😥
Now they are safe at the shelter.
But as all cells & kennels are all occupied, we place them temporarily in an isolated cage for monitoring 💪
These 2 poor babies need a your help to give them a healthy life & medical care.
No amount is small to help us to take care of them
