VIDEO CIRCULATING: ABUSE AT A PET SHOP
The SPCA is aware of a video being recirculated online. It shows a dog at a pet shop, cowering in a corner while getting hit repeatedly with the wand of a vacuum cleaner.
This is an old video which was reported to the SPCA in November 2022. Our Inspectorate had escalated the case to the authorities. They have since taken enforcement action against the offender for causing unnecessary pain or suffering to the dog.

Thanks so much to all generous donors, so far we have received Rm1,750 and we still need Rm48,201.43 to cover all the expenses. Contributions have been very slow, we will not be able to continue with our cause if it persists. Please continue to help us help them. If most of our followers would just fork out Rm10 a month, we would have more than enough to go on with our cause and we will be able to help more strays. We are in dire straits right now.
