Those notes also tell the sad story of how he arrived at Soi Dog back in June 2021: “Dog was hit by car. Doesn’t want to walk and also has wound at right hip. Dog has an owner but she is sick with cancer and can't afford [treatment]”

Pemilik binatang perlu disiasat dan didakwa mengikut Akta Kebajikan Haiwan 2015 kerana secara cuai mendatangkan kemudaratan terhadap binatang peliharaan atau ternakan. Pemilik juga boleh dikenakan denda minimum RM15,000 hingga maksimum RM75,000 dan penjara sebagaimana pelaku.

It has been in and out of the vet and we are finding it difficult to pay for it. It has severe heart prob. They are at the vet now and cannot pay the bill.
