Soi dog Jonah, a petite yellow lap dog with a heart of gold, finds his #furrytailending in Canada. â¤
Jonah was one of many dogs rescued from a government shelter in Nakhon Phanom after being rounded up in an exaggerated rabies scare back in 2019. Jonah and the other survivors were transferred over 1,500 kilometres to the Soi Dog shelter in Phuket for their safety.

The furry friends of PAWS wishes everyone a Happy Chinese New Year & Gong Xi Fa Cai!
Please be informed that the shelter will be closed at 12pm on Chinese New Year Eve, 31st December 2022 (Monday). The shelter will also be closed starting 1st February 2022 (Tuesday) until 4th February 2022 (Friday) for Chinese New Year. We will be open as usual on 5th February 2022 (Saturday).

The kind locals who found her and reached out to us said she must have been bitten by a dog and then slashed with a machete by some cruel human.
