Amos Was One Of Many Dogs Rounded Up In Northeaste.. 21st Mar 2022, by Soi Dog Foundation

2020 and 2021 had been a challenging period for us and the animals!
Since the pandemic began, we have had a significant drop in visitors, adoptions and donations. Sarawak is rich not only in biodiversity, but also in cultures. Where they occur and are of significant importance to the surrounding and ecology, we must do our part to conserve these values. One way is through the high conservation values (HCVs) approach. Our team in Sarawak is advocating for HCV to be implemented as a planning tool for sustainable development and management. Let's hear from them on what HCV is, and how it can benefit nature and people.

Did you know that leatherback turtles are migratory animals?
This means that they move from place to place because food is plentiful at different places at different seasons, and also to find better breeding conditions.
This causes them to be found in many places, especially the Atlantic, Pacific and Indian Oceans, and their largest remaining nesting sites are located in Trinidad and Tobago, the Northwest Atlantic and the Southeast Atlantic.
When looking for food, leatherba...

Forests Were The First Temples Of The Divinity, An.. 21st Mar 2022, by WWF Malaysia
