SOS SOS SOS. Rizal spotted a dog lying by the roadside at 6.00am today. Upon closer inspection, he found the dog had two broken legs. He called a cat rescue org which gave him our number. We dispatched Mr Shan to tranqualise the aggressive dog and bring it to Claws Vet. Rizal stayed with the dog until help arrived at about 10.30am. Thank you Rizal.
